Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Performance Test Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of systems analysis and agile practices, as well as 8+ years of experience in software development or performance testing and engineering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing solutions that improve service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.
  • Maintaining services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the service.
  • Implementing metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes to ensure timely resolution of issues.

The successful candidate will be proactive in improving service availability, performance, and efficiency via delivery of automated feature/story engineering quality measures and process improvements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Gatling, AWS Cloud, Harness, K6, End-to-End Performance testing using LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk.
  • DevOps, CI with CD, Weblogic, Oracle Databases, and Cloud native services.
