Leverage advanced techniques to install, upgrade, patch, and migrate multiple Oracle databases in production, development, and QA environments. Utilize AWR, ASH, OEM, and tuning methods to optimize database performance. Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations using RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle databases.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
  • Optimize database performance using AWR, ASH, OEM, and tuning methods.
  • Manage high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
  • Implement robust backup/recovery strategies.
  • Automate administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to support SAP systems using Oracle.
  • Ensure database compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale environments.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN.
  • Performance tuning, backup/recovery, and storage management.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments, scripting, and automation.
