Database Administrator

The Database Administrator is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of relational database architecture and infrastructure. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, plan, protect, and implement databases to meet business needs.
  • Manage locking, process blocking, and performance tuning of databases.
  • Create and maintain high availability and disaster-recovery-friendly architectures.
  • Optimize, test, and verify backup and restoration processes.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of relational database architecture/infrastructure, specifically MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of SSMS, SSRS, and support tooling.
  • Knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and day-to-day DB functions.
