Network Infrastructure Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing broadband networks at customer premises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Broadband Installation & Fault Repair: Install and repair broadband networks at customer premises.
  • Fiber Splicing & Management: Handle fiber splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router configuration.
  • Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues: Troubleshoot connectivity issues (fiber cut, router setup, cable faults).
  • Network Switch Maintenance: Maintain network switches and ensure timely service delivery.
  • System Monitoring & Escalation Resolution: Monitor systems, resolve escalations, and ensure 99.99% uptime.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Broadband/Field Networking: 0–3 years of experience in broadband/field networking.
  • Familiarity with Fiber Splicing & OTDR Handling: Hands-on with fiber splicing, OTDR handling, Wi-Fi/router configuration.
  • Flexibility & Willingness to Work On-field: Willingness to work on-field (6 days a week, 1 weekday off).
  • No Notice Period or Immediate Joiners Preferred: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred.
