**Dialer Real-Time Analyst Role Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic contact center operations team in the role of Dialer Real-Time Analyst (RTA).

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in LiveVox dialer systems, workforce management, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal campaign performance and agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inbound/outbound dialing campaigns in real-time.
  • Manage dialer lists, start/stop campaigns as required.
  • Adjust dialing pace and flag agent behavior for leadership review.
  • Manage agent profiles, assignments, and contact list criteria.
  • Maintain daily scheduling adjustments in the Workforce Management (WFM) system.
  • Audit dialer settings for compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to balance business objectives.
  • Respond promptly to requests, queries, and issues across departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections in a voice contact center environment.
  • Hands-on experience with LiveVox or similar dialer systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work after-hours or on-call when necessary.
