Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality technical support for market data systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and market data products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot market data feeds, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address and resolve data discrepancies and outages.
  • Maintain and update market data configurations, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new data sources and the integration of market data into various platforms.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on market data tools and applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in market data support or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data services and platforms.
