The Senior Project Manager – Learning Content will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects, from planning and scoping to execution and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and execution roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
- Monitor and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality—ensuring no deviations from planned scope.
- Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, instructional design, technology, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.
- Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
- Provide strategic inputs to meet evolving customer requirements.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in working within a virtual team.
- 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification will be preferred.
