Compliance and Risk Management Expert

Job Summary:

A Concurrent Auditor is responsible for conducting audits at various branches to ensure adherence to the audit plan, loan collection, and disbursement processes. This involves evaluating internal controls, assessing risk, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site audits at various branches to assess compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks to ensure effective risk management.
  • Analyze financial data and other relevant information to inform audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to implement corrective actions and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a related field.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
