Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to lead business development activities by engaging with architects for project specifications and developing a strong network of dealers/distributors to drive sales.

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to promote and present products for inclusion in upcoming residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for the Architect and Dealer community, track project pipelines through architects and follow through to conversion via channel partners.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories, manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration, support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, training, and inventory planning.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels, coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations, submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in building materials or interior solutions.
  • Proven experience in working with both influencers (architects) and dealer/channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
