Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for PCS/BESS product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues related to PCS/BESS systems.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for PCS/BESS systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on the working principles of Hopewind's PCS/BESS products.

Requirements

  • English language proficiency as a primary means of communication.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to plan and manage in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably with central PCS or BESS systems.
