Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, updating records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding, including completing new hire paperwork, setting up benefits, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs, including planning events and activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Identify and resolve employee issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and software.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
