Government Tender Manager Job

Job Description:
  • The incumbent will be responsible for leading the bid process for government tenders across India, handling all documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Key duties include ensuring timely completion of tenders, managing relationships with various departments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, be fluent in English, and possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MBA or BBM degree from a recognized institution
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in institutional or government sales
  • Strong hands-on experience with e-tendering processes and proficiency in MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with agriculture/sericulture subsidies is an added advantage
