Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced administrative coordinator to handle various office tasks, including filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
  • Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research using computers.
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for supporting administrative functions in a hospital industry setting, requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
