About this Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral member of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to internal teams and client-facing departments. This includes managing schedules, documentation, logistics, and communication workflows to enhance team efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating office administration, including providing comprehensive administrative support, managing housekeeping and pantry staff, overseeing cab coordination, and supporting vendor lifecycle management. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, internal communication and reporting, travel and hospitality coordination, guest house and hotel operations, event management, health and safety, and opening, closure, and transfer of assets.
