Job Title:

Office Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including managing correspondence, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and coordinating office supplies.
  • Support various departments with their administrative needs, facilitating smooth inter-departmental communication and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry services to ensure timely and accurate provision of materials.
  2. Coordinate cab transportation services for staff and project teams, ensuring reliable and efficient travel arrangements.
  3. Support vendor lifecycle management, including identification, empanelment, and invoicing.
  4. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding office operations.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel/logistics arrangements.
