Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Salesforce Data Cloud expert.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.

  • Data Streams for efficient data ingestion
  • Data Model Objects (DMOs) and relationships for scalable customer data models
  • Identity Resolution for unified customer profiles
  • Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations for analytics and personalization
Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions that unify customer data from multiple systems, creating a single source of truth to drive personalization and engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, configuring, and implementing Data Cloud solutions
  2. Integrating Data Cloud with other Salesforce platforms
  3. Providing technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance
  4. Collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • 5–9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations

Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, or Platform Developer I/II are a plus.
