Senior Human Resources Manager Job Summary

This Senior Human Resources Manager will lead the development and execution of a Group HR strategy aligned with business goals. The role requires strong leadership skills, talent management expertise, and performance & rewards knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Group HR Strategy
  • Drive HR synergies across all group companies regarding policies and practices
  • Lead Leadership Talent Strategy: assessment, development, and succession for CXOs and key roles
  • Manage Group-wide HiPo (High Potential) and Future Leaders programs
  • Ensure strong succession planning for all critical roles
  • Promote talent mobility across the group
  • Oversee the Group Performance Management Framework for CEOs and L1s
  • Collaborate with the Nomination & Remuneration Committee to create and implement Executive Compensation Structures
  • Partner with CEOs and CHROs for aligned HR delivery across companies
  • Establish a Group HR Council for shared learning, policy consistency, and best practice execution
