This role involves designing, implementing, and governing strategic initiatives for Talent Management to cultivate a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design well-structured succession planning processes to identify and groom high-potential talent.
  • Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance cycles.
  • Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks/opportunities for leadership decisions.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
  • Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels like assessment centers, structured learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring to strengthen leadership pipelines.
  • Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle.
  • Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
  • Coach line managers on effective performance feedback.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.

Requirements:

  • 7-8 years of experience
  • MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background
  • Experience in talent management processes design and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow through
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
