
Chief Talent Strategist

Job Overview:
">This role involves designing, implementing, and governing strategic initiatives for Talent Management to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design well-structured succession planning processes to identify and groom high-potential talent.
- Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps in the current workforce and integrate them into performance cycles.
- Build and roll out capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks/opportunities for leadership decisions.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities.
- Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across levels like assessment centers, structured learning journeys, career progression paths, and mentoring to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Drive organization-wide implementation of performance management cycle.
- Ensure timely goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews in alignment with business priorities.
- Coach line managers on effective performance feedback.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and interventions.
Requirements:
">- 7-8 years of experience
- MBA/PGPM (HR) qualification background
- Experience in talent management processes design and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow through
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
