Job Opportunity:

Seeking a Data Protection Professional to lead data privacy projects, ensure compliance with global regulations and embed privacy-by-design into client processes.

  • Manage data protection projects across industries ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct data protection impact assessments and review privacy policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor privacy controls including data subject rights, consent management, and cross-border data transfer mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Risk functions to ensure privacy compliance in technology and business processes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients on privacy risks and remediation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data privacy or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with data protection audits, assessments, and compliance programs.
  • Ability to manage client engagements, lead teams, and deliver projects within timelines.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CIPT / CIPP-E / CISM / CISA or equivalent data protection certifications.
  • ISO 27701 Implementer is an advantage.
