We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving customer inquiries related to orders
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigating and resolving order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items
  • Communicating with internal team members to resolve order-related issues
  • Analyzing and resolving complex customer complaints
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and order management efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required
