Job Overview

This role entails overseeing departmental operations, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities and duties. Key tasks include managing weekly ordering activities, analyzing demand and forecast data to identify exceptions, and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Create Purchase Orders for Replenishment and Non-replenishment orders, analyze demand, and report progress updates.
  • Manage PO revisions, track status, call out exceptions, and report to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes, take ownership of maintenance and document disposal.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, engage with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation.
  • Manage support to internal customers by reviewing project requests, analyzing data, driving solutions, providing feedback, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate up-to-date expertise, apply it to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice, supporting efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment.
  • Support the execution of business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans, removing barriers, providing resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly.
