Order Management Specialist Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Order Management Specialist to oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from receipt to delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order entry processes, including effective client communication and internal production coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing issues and proactively managing risks.
  • Collaborate with the production team to drive agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze and report on order status, problems, and potential risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work proficiently in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
