Coupa Expertise Specialist

As a Coupa Expertise Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support for procurement-to-pay (P2P) modules of Coupa, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses. You will also monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • P2P Support: Provide end-user support for Coupa P2P modules.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Business Understanding: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements.
  • User Access Management: Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
  • Integration Support: Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.
  • Skill Set: Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes, experience with ticketing systems, and familiarity with integration tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
