Oracle Finance Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Oracle finance professional to join our organization and play a pivotal role in implementing financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Leverage extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials to lead or support end-to-end implementation of modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.
  • Functional Consulting:
    • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
    • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization.
    • Prepare detailed functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, guaranteeing high-quality results.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
    • Develop and oversee financial data migration strategies, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
    • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Training & Documentation:
    • Design and deliver user training programs, empowering employees to maximize the benefits of Oracle Fusion Financials.
    • Develop comprehensive user manuals and provide ongoing support to ensure employee confidence and proficiency.
  • Project Collaboration:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
    • Participate in design reviews and solution validation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
