Global Finance Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Expert to join our team. This role requires a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, with expertise in key areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Intercompany processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in these areas, with a focus on implementing and enhancing the Global Finance Template. They will also provide functional support for SAP and related applications, manage relationships with stakeholders, and document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.

  • Must have expertise in SAP FI-General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), and Intercompany (IC) processes.
  • Have experience in all aspects of the Controlling area (CO), preferably 2-3 years focused on Controlling.
  • Provide functional support for SAP and related applications.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to resolve issues and keep them informed on relevant IT matters.
  • Understand user requirements effectively.
  • Propose SAP solutions that align with and support business processes within the framework of Information Systems' technology strategy, standards, and practices.
  • Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Configure SAP application functionalities as necessary.
  • Conduct unit and integration testing on our SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison and problem-solver for SAP application issues.
  • Exhibit experience in managing and delivering multiple projects, occasionally concurrently, involving cross-functional teams.
