The role involves configuring and implementing multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations. This includes collaboration with clients, configuration and customization of modules, design of solutions, and development of test plans.

Key responsibilities include working on time types, profiles, holiday calendars, work schedules, accrual rules, interim rules, payouts, proration, and carryover logic. The role also involves understanding Interim and PEP Rules, developing comprehensive test plans, providing expertise and guidance, conducting training sessions, and staying informed about SuccessFactors updates.

• Configure and implement multiple SuccessFactors modules for large organizations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their Time Off requirements.
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Work on configuration of time valuation rules, collectors, overtime calculations, and thresholds.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing to validate module configurations.
• Provide clients and project teams with expertise and guidance on SuccessFactors modules' best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors, and be able to configure and implement complex workflows.

• 5+ years of experience with HRIS systems, specifically SuccessFactors
• Proven track record of configuring and implementing complex workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
