**Job Title:** System Solutions Owner

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled System Solutions Owner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in the development and implementation of systems solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and maintain system solutions that meet business needs and priorities.
  • Oversee and lead the configuration and testing of new system solutions to ensure they are aligned with business requirements and adhere to established standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and integration partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to share expertise, best practices, and knowledge related to system solutions.
  • Manage documentation and administration activities related to system solutions, including creating and maintaining system-related documentation, processes, and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with P&O technologies and tools.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Service Management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
