System Architect Role

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
  • Translate business needs into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
  • Ensure quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews
  • Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Maintain target billable utilization aligned to the role
  • Ability to understand projects and debug issues

Requirements

For this role, we require:

  • Degree or equivalent experience required; evaluated based on core proficiencies
  • 9-14 years CRM experience with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform
  • Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
