**Role Overview**:
As a **Salesforce Solution Architect** specializing in the telecom domain, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and ensure the accurate implementation of cost-to-quote processes. You will also be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring that the CPQ system is aligned with both current and future business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect & Design Solutions**: Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions, with a focus on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tailored for the telecom sector, including complex pricing models, product catalog management, and approval workflows.
- **Telecom Domain Expertise**: Leverage in-depth knowledge of telecom-specific processes, including order management, billing, and contract lifecycle management, to deliver solutions that align with industry standards.
- **CPQ Specialization**: Develop and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems.
- **Cost-to-Quote Expertise**: Lead the design and optimization of cost-to-quote processes, focusing on accurate cost calculations, product pricing, and profitability analysis.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to gather requirements, align solutions with business goals, and deliver scalable, high-performance architectures.
- **Technical Leadership**: Provide thought leadership and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and best practices in the CPQ domain.
- **Solution Governance**: Ensure that all Salesforce implementations are compliant with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- **Integration Management**: Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, billing systems) using APIs and middleware solutions.
- **Mentorship**: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects, developers, and other team members within the Salesforce practice.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce and CPQ implementations in the telecom industry.
- **Salesforce Expertise**: Extensive experience in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- **Telecom Knowledge**: Strong understanding of telecom industry processes, including product management, cost-to-quote, billing, order management, and customer lifecycle.
- **Certifications**: Salesforce Certified Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or equivalent certifications.
- **Technology Skills**: Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex business processes and develop technical solutions that drive business success.
- **Project Leadership**: Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through all phases, from requirements gathering to go-live, including Agile and waterfall methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with **MuleSoft** for integrations.
- Knowledge of telecom-specific systems like OSS/BSS.
- Familiarity with **Revenue Cloud** and advanced billing configurations.
