Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that drive our business success. This role requires strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and reporting. As a senior team member, you will also contribute to architecture decisions, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ to support critical business processes.

Build scalable and maintainable Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.

Develop user-friendly, high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Implement and manage REST API integrations with external systems.

Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ for product catalogs, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval workflows.

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide business insights.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Troubleshoot complex issues and support production environments.

Stay current on Salesforce platform enhancements, especially around CPQ, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

Strong skills in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable).

Proficient in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Hands-on experience with REST API integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and best practices.

Experience creating advanced reports and dashboards.

Familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes.

Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II); CPQ Specialist certification a plus.
