CPQ Techno-functional BSA

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to gather and document detailed requirements for CPQ processes and functionalities.
- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with business objectives.
- System Configuration: Configure Salesforce CPQ features, including product catalog, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote templates.
- Integration Management: Assist in the integration of Salesforce CPQ with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- User Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the CPQ tools effectively.
- Testing & Validation: Create and execute test plans to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Salesforce CPQ or related systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product setup, pricing rules, and quote management. Knowledge on Apex, LWC is a plus
- Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, quoting, and pricing strategies within a CPQ environment.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to assess complex business scenarios.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or relevant Salesforce certifications preferred.
