**Job Title**: Salesforce Architect **Experience**: 9+ Years **Location**:Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune **Employment Type**: Full-time **Salary**: 15LPA- 30LPA **Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Customize and configure Salesforce using both declarative and programmatic approaches. - Automate complex business processes and enhance user productivity through workflow design and system customization. - Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic business insights. - Manage user setups, deactivation, and transfers of ownership across Accounts, Contracts, and Opportunities. - Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems, and provide expertise in data transformation and visual analytics. - Define and enforce best practices around code versioning, check-ins, and backup/recovery. - Develop and maintain training materials for Salesforce modules like Accounts, Contracts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, Reports, and Dashboards. - Support "Train the Trainer" initiatives led by the Salesforce Product Manager. - Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues and support enhancement requests. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 9+ years of hands-on experience across the full Salesforce development lifecycle. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform customization. - Deep knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and integration. - Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. - Skilled in report development, business analysis, and customer data insights. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to make commercial decisions that positively impact both short - and long-term business outcomes. **Preferred Certifications**: - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect - Salesforce Platform Developer / Administrator Certifications Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Application Question(s): - Are you available to join immediately? - Our current budget for this role is up to ₹30 LPA.
