**Job Title**: Salesforce Architect
**Location**: Hyderabad, India

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architecture designs.

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and platform capabilities.

Lead and mentor development teams in implementing Salesforce solutions, providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.

Architect integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of Salesforce solutions.

Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices for Salesforce development within the organization.

Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for innovation and improvement.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce architecture, technology roadmaps, and solution design.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification highly preferred; other relevant Salesforce certifications such as System Architect or Application Architect considered.

Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Salesforce Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

Experience architecting integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to lead development teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
