**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with Signature Success customers to evaluate and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design specific to Tableau.
- Develop delivery and discovery assets aligned with the Success Architect engagement catalog, tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of Tableau customers.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners, contributing to broader goals and growth.

Your technical expertise and business acumen will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our Signature Success customers, driving success and business outcomes with Tableau's powerful analytics capabilities. By driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional value, you will contribute to the overall growth and reputation of Salesforce as a leader in the industry.

Basic Requirements:

- Proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration.
- Prior experience in Tableau server/Cloud administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.
- Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Tableau certification or ability to attain certification.
- Ability to engage customers in global timezones as required by business need.

Preferred Requirements:

- Familiarity with cloud architecture and considerations for on-prem server to Cloud migration.
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting performance issues related to data pipelines or dashboards is advantageous.
- Experience designing solutions on Salesforce Core, and Data360
*Experience in other analytics products a plus (PowerBI, CRM Analytics)
- Experience in data warehousing or data lake platforms is a plus (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
