**What you’ll be doing **
The Success Guide is responsible for helping to onboard new customers, grow customers’ value and improve adoption at scale. The Success Guide will engage with customers across all account segments globally, delivering 1:1 success guidance to Tableau customers. They will partner with the entire account team to guarantee the highest level of customer experience. Success Guides play a crucial role in enabling our customers to drive adoption and provide the right recommendation at the right time, enabling customer value realization at scale.
This team operates 24x5 which can involve working during one of the below shifts (not limited to - shift timing can change)
AMER hours (Eastern Standard Time - 5.30 PM/ 6.30 PM IST or Pacific Standard Time - 9 PM/ 10 PM IST onwards depending on Day Light Savings Time)
EMEA hours - 12:00 PM/ 1 PM / 2 PM IST onwards depending on Day Light Savings Time
APAC hours - 5.30 AM IST onwards
Work hours can change depending on Business requirements

- Deliver 1:1 Customer Success programs virtually
- Guide customers to action Tableau Blueprint best practices
- Accelerate Feature Adoption
- Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure that customer gets maximum value out of their investment

**Who you are **
- **Experience **. Relevant y ears of experience working with customers in the business intelligence and analytics space. **Working knowledge of industry best practices and implementation experience of the salesforce product suite**:
- **Relentlessly High Standards. **Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support complex engagements. Has a passion for continued education in new technologies and complex business and technical concepts
- **A True Team Player. **Ability to collaborate with teams of all shapes and sizes while also being able to work independently as a self starter. Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure that customer gets maximum value out of the platform.
- **Domain. **Support Success and Sales Teams to ensure that customer gets maximum value out of the platform. Understanding of business analysis, change management, user adoption, release management, and governance.
- **You are a Recruiter **Tableau hires company builders and, in this role, you will be asked to be on the constant lookout for the best talent to bring onboard to help us continue to build one of the best companies in the world
