Job Role: Lead Veterinary Doctor

Reporting to: Chief Veterinary Officer

Location: Jamnagar

  • Leads the veterinary practice for health care centers or specializations (e.g Derma care)
  • Recruits, trains, and develops a team of associate vets, paravets, and handlers
  • Develops strategic partnerships, associations, and networks to solve healthcare management for pets
  • Mentors and career develops top veterinary colleges in India
  • Brings international standards in pet handling, care, and cure to India
  • Contributes to efficient execution of physical outlets
  • Solves primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India
  • Manages operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets
  • Audits reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city

Experience Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in veterinary practice
  • 3+ years' experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
  • Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare
  • Experience in small animal practice 3+years
  • Pet Parenting experience
