Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts and drive business growth.

This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in Spring boot, Microservices, and cloud technologies, as well as leadership skills to mentor junior developers.

As part of our world-class engineering team, you will design and implement the platform, provide guidance to team members, and coordinate input from stakeholders across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in core Java, along with expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring boot.

They should also have experience with web services standards, SaaS product development, solid understanding of database technologies, SQL, and JPA.

A strong technical leader with problem-solving abilities, coding, testing, and debugging skills is required.

The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering production-ready code and prioritizing tasks in the product backlog.

Additionally, they must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills.
