Job Title: CRE Team Leader


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Real Estate Lending team.

  • Manage and mentor analysts in processing CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure timely delivery in line with SLAs/KPIs with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions.

  • Lead and mentor analysts in managing client relationships and communication with stakeholders.
  • Enforce adherence to regulatory standards and lending policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and working with international clients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRE lending, credit documentation, and compliance.
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in banking systems, reporting, and MS Office tools.
