Job Title: Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Front Desk Executive. This role involves managing front office operations, handling calls and emails, maintaining records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Receive and transfer calls as required.
  • Manage internal and external calls, providing updates as needed.
  • Maintain day-to-day administrative work, including canteen, housekeeping, security, and other related tasks.
  • Prepare data related to HR/Admin, such as OT canteen details, and perform other HR & Admin-related tasks as required.
  • Document scanning, printing, and filing.
  • Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
  • Front Office supplies and inventory maintenance.
Guest Management:
  • Welcome guests and visitors.
  • Arrange tea/coffee and drinking water.
  • Arrange setting arrangements after confirmation from the concerned person.
  • Arrange lunch for visitors.
Pantry Management:
  • Maintain stock in the pantry, including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, etc.
  • Maintain crockery items in the pantry, such as mugs/cups, guest lunch sets, etc.
  • Maintain chocolate stock against WoW cards.
  • Manage office boy day-to-day work during guest visits and in the office.
  • Check tea invoices monthly.
Courier Management:
  • Daily maintain courier entries in registers and send them to parties.
  • Distribute couriers to the relevant persons and maintain records.
  • Check monthly courier invoices.
  • Provide details of couriers as required.
  • Resolve issues related to couriers.
Library Management:
  • Maintain library registers and issue books.
  • Send reminders after due dates.
  • Motivate employees to read books.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administration, reception, or similar roles. Proficiency in English communication (speaking and writing) is also essential.
