Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to end-users. You will troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network connectivity issues with precision.
  • Collaborate with users to resolve technical difficulties efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and solutions.
  • Develop expertise in Google Administration and Workspace Applications.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers with detailed notes and logs.
  • Share knowledge with users on common IT issues and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT service desk role.
  • Strong understanding of Mac Systems, Windows systems, and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
