Job Title: Japanese Translator

Key Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled bilingual Japanese translator to enhance our organization.

  • ITIL certification, enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience with help desk and L1 support operations, showcasing problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, indicating technical versatility.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, allowing them to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow is also highly valued.
