Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our quality management initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

  1. Establish Quality Frameworks: Define and implement robust quality standards, ensuring effective inspection criteria and judgment parameters for products.
  2. Maintain Process Excellence: Monitor and refine our EMS process control, driving strategic improvements in quality performance.
  3. Analyze Quality Insights: Collect and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted quality enhancement actions.
  4. Investigate Customer Complaints: Lead the FA process for customer returns, submit 8D reports, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  5. Manage Audit Processes: Coordinate customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, driving timely closure of identified issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  2. Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Linguistic Skills: Native English speaker with strong language proficiency (Chinese proficiency is a significant asset).
  4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations.
  5. Quality Management System: Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system principles.
  6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
