Strategic Sales Director for Hospitality Technology

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Develop and manage sales dashboards and metrics reporting.
- Oversee CRM management, deal pipeline, and sales forecasting.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and lead a newly established sales team.
- Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Partner with product development to customize solutions for client needs.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to the executive team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as VP of Sales from Hospitality Tech.
- Proven expertise in SaaS B2B sales.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Track record of scaling a company from $5M to $10M ARR.
- Experience in building a sales team from inception.
