Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and assess potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business goals.
  2. Determine the alignment of partner objectives with ours, evaluate risks and opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  3. Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring regular communication and clear expectations.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and align partnerships with our business objectives.
  5. Drive growth and new initiatives by collaborating with partners to identify and implement joint opportunities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform partnership decisions.
Your Qualifications
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in financial services, preferably in banking, payment networks, or fintech.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth using data analysis.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
