Accounting Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Professional located in Jaipur. The Accounting Professional will be responsible for performing daily accounting tasks such as preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes, including payroll preparation, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
  • Budget Planning: Assist with budget preparations, provide financial analysis, and develop forecasts to ensure business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, to manage financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
