We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at Hyatt Place Goa Candolim. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, enhance guest satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Provide guidance and support to front office staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a hotel front office or guest relations role.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
