At Total CollectR, we're reshaping the collections industry with AI-driven technology that helps lenders, agencies, and medical providers recover past-due balances more efficiently and compliantly. Our team is growing fast, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven CRM Manager to own our sales and customer success technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the CRM: Manage, customize, and optimize HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Build processes: Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Keep it clean: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Enable the team: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
  • Drive insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Support growth: Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications">

We're looking for a highly motivated CRM professional with:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
