Overview:

  • Provide exceptional client service support to resolve a wide range of inquiries related to trade execution, order status, and product information.
  • Familiarize clients with our proprietary trading systems and administrative portals to ensure seamless interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and respond to client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, and Compliance, to address client concerns.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, margin methodologies, and exchange operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • University degree in finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Office Suite, and Email applications.

Bonus Skills:

">
  • NISM-certified Series 7 (Capital Markets) and Series 8 (Equity Derivatives).
  • Trading experience and certifications, such as CFA, are desirable.
