Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support for our clients. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals, and provide basic training in computer operation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
  • Incident management, change management and problem management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Working knowledge and support of SAP, Microsoft, software & hardware and Networking.
- Knowledge of Networks.
- Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Cloud backup.
