Job Title: Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards by conducting comprehensive reviews and maintaining documentation.
- Evaluate the organization's governance framework for alignment with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
- Review and assess internal processes to identify control gaps, support implementation of robust internal controls, and audit onboarding and operations of Point of Sales Persons (POSPs).
- Develop and conduct regular training sessions on AML/KYC norms, cybersecurity, and operational risk management.
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks and assist in preparing timely, accurate documentation for statutory filings.
- Conduct gap analyses, identify areas of non-compliance, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Perform compliance and risk assessments on third-party vendors to ensure appropriate controls are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Company Secretary (CS)
- Candidates with LLB / LLM (Corporate Law / Compliance), Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance / Risk / Compliance), or Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Law with relevant compliance or risk management experience will also be considered.
